Where AI may help
- Organising research, summarising sources and suggesting questions readers ask.
- Outlining, editing for clarity and checking grammar.
- Workflow tasks such as first drafts of image alt text or social captions, which a person then edits.
What always involves people
- Every article is reviewed and approved by a person before publication.
- Facts are checked against sources, not taken from AI output.
- Outfit choices and recommendations are editorial decisions.
What we do not do
- We do not publish AI-generated photorealistic images of people and present them as real, photographed outfits.
- We do not invent personal experiences, credentials or authors.
- We do not mass-publish automatically generated articles.
Illustrations and graphics
We may use AI-assisted tools for non-photographic graphics such as icons, diagrams or backgrounds. When a visual could be mistaken for a real photograph, we will not use it, or we will label it clearly.
